Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your splash-proof gear, so if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unused condition with all hangtags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head to our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your gear in its original packaging, and affix the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
